A little about me :)

 

Hi! I'm Ayla Vance, currently a University student who has recently stumbled across the life changing effects of cycle syncing! A strong drive to raise awareness and encourage female education on this topic has been a direct result of this. I have created this personal blog to share diet, exercise and lifestyle guides in accordance to the female 28-day hormone cycle and to ultimately share the true power that comes as a result of cycle syncing!

 

My mission is to support, and encourage women to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and their cycle by bringing you along my personal flow & Glow journey

 

.My own journey with menstrual health and hormone imbalances have led me to realise how little I knew about the female cycle and how little to no education  women are given on such an important subject.
