Foods to eat during your period

During this phase you want to focus on eating meals that help with the building of iron and vitamin B, assistance of iron absorption, and have anti inflammatory properties. for example:

·       Eggs

·       Milk & cheese

 

·       Spinach & kale

·       Bananas

·       berries

·       Broccoli & carrots

·       Avocado

·       Dark chocolate

·       Lentils & chickpeas

·       wholegrains

·       Nuts (walnuts)

·       Quinoa
